PA Right-To-Know Requests

Open Records Officer: Tina Spragg
Required Document: Right-To-Know Request Form
Special Instructions: Return document by mail, fax, email, or in person.
Fee: Photocopies 25¢ each. Certified Photocopies $1 each.

Bids- Equipment

Purpose: To place bids on advertised equipment.
Required Document: Harmony Township Sealed Bid Form
Special Instructions: Submit bid in sealed envelope by the advertised due date and time.
Fee: Include ten percent (10%) check of the total bid proposal.

Solicitor-Peddler Permits

Purpose: For solicitation in community and/or door-to-door sales.
Required Document: Solicitor-Peddler Permit Application
Special Instructions: Submit document in person two (2) weeks prior to solicitation events. Driver’s License required.
Fee: One (1) week $50. One (1) month $150.

Political Signs

Purpose: For placement of political signs in yards.
Required Document: Political Sign Application
Special Instructions: See application for more details.
Fee: Refundable fee, if removed.
