Glenn Angus
Chairman of the Board
Chairman of the Personnel Committee

I am a lifelong resident of Harmony Township. I was born and raised on Beverly Avenue. In 1990, I decided to invest in the township by opening a small detailing business on a side street off of Duss Avenue, which still thrives today. Now in my 3rd term as commissioner and 2nd as chairman, I have had the privilege to help our town expand and grow its business district, improve infrastructure, and maintain a safe community for all residents. I believe that every resident should be heard and I always say, “I have 5 minutes for everyone”. My hope is to continue with growth for the township and to make us a leading community for all of Beaver County.

Paul Kokoski
Vice Chairman of the Board
Chairman of the Finance Committee

I have been a resident of Harmony Township for 38 years, of which 23 of those years I served as your commissioner. Throughout the years, I acquired the experience to be able to deal with problems and also make decisions that best serve our township and/or concerned residents. I am a graduate of Ambridge High School, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Robert Morris University. My background in business consists of having been an accountant for Atlas Energy, Inc., and later a municipal pension auditor for the Pa. Auditor General’s Office. Now that I am retired, I assure you of my assistance whenever possible with any problems that may occur. I have the time to listen; please do not hesitate to contact me.

Donald Gunther
Chairman of the Sanitary Sewers, Health, and Sanitation Committee
Vice Chairman of the Road Committee

Bradley Payne
Chairman of the Road Committee
Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee

I am a lifelong resident of Harmony Twp. I currently make my home on Sunset Ave near the twp building with my wife Kristen and our three wonderful sons. I am employed as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at St. Clair Memorial Hospital in Mt. Lebanon. I strive to be available to all residents. Whether you have a question or complaint, please do not hesitate to approach me and ask. We are currently working on several projects within the town from improving our playgrounds to upgrading and maintaining our roads. Also, as our town continues to grow and invite new business into the area, I hope that all residents will offer their opinions and perspective to help shape our community.
