Harmony Township and Stormwater Management

“The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) issued Permit No. PAG136173 to Harmony Township for the discharge of stormwater from the Township storm sewer system to the surface waters of the Commonwealth. This is referred to as a MS4 Permit (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System).

If residents and business owners observe polluted or questionable discharge from a stormwater outfall and/or illegal or questionable deposition of materials into a storm sewer inlet in the Township, contact any of the Harmony Township Offices immediately.
